Over the course of the essential hikes, you will learn to cultivate a little more presence every day to reach a feeling of inner plenitude that can accompany you well beyond the holidays!

Night at the edge of a lake in a mountain refuge... sleep closer to nature and the stars on one of the most beautiful bivouac spots… are among the highlights of the stay, alternating with the comfort of the traditional Alpazen chalet for your nights in Saint-Véran.

Star hikes from Saint-Véran

About 3 to 5 hours of walking per day and 2 hours of breaks and “Zen” practices. The start of the hike is generally at 9 a.m. with a return to the chalet before 4 p.m.-5 p.m. (except nights in refuge and bivouac).

Daily elevation gain: between 500 and 800m

Group of 8 people maximum

Indicative program

(subject to adaptation depending on the weather):

SATURDAY : arrival and installation at the chalet in Saint-Véran from 5 p.m.

Sunday: day hike

Monday : ascent and night in an altitude refuge

Tuesday : hike and night in Saint-Véran

Wednesday : guided tour of the village and local hike.

Free afternoon.

THURSDAY : hike and night in bivouac

Friday : hike and return to the chalet

SATURDAY : departure

Thomas accompanies you

Guide in mountainous and rural environment, Thomas will lead you on his chosen routes of Queyras, from the forests to the mountain pastures, from the lakes to the summits, always favoring the beauty of the course, in adequacy with the physical condition of the participants. Also trained in various meditation practices and psycho-corporal techniques and instructor in Samadeva Yoga, the art of meditation in movement transmitted by Idris Lahore, Thomas passionately shares techniques and knowledge for his inner journey. All in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere!

The practices are done in the middle of nature, integrated into the hiking trails. We don't stay locked in a room!
