Is there a good internet connection?
The wifi internet connection at the chalet works well for videoconference calls (Zoom type, Teams, etc.). A 4G box is also available if needed and 4G is available on phones with the main operators.
Can I receive mail and have it delivered during my stay?
Yes and the post office is 5 minutes walk.
Are the shops open all year round?
From April to the beginning of June and from October to mid-December, most of the shops in the village are closed, except for the press, which is always open, and which also sells bread. During these periods, the stay will suit people looking for peace and closeness to nature.
Where to shop?
In season, there is a convenience store at the entrance to the village. The nearest supermarket (open all year round) is about fifteen minutes by car from the village. It is possible to have your purchases delivered online.
I am alone, can I rent just one room?
The chalet is rented out entirely. If you are alone, why not talk about it around you to come with some friends or colleagues?

No problem ! We can offer you a cleaning service during the stay, and in any case the end of stay cleaning is planned.
What is included in the rental price
“mountain telework”?
Rental of the chalet, internet, printer, electricity, water, heating, unlimited coffee/tea. Sheets and towels are optional.
Without a car, is it possible?
There is a shuttle bus between Montdauphin-Guillestre station and Saint-Véran. When shops are closed in the village, a car is necessary for food shopping (supermarket 15 minutes away), unless you have the purchase delivered online.
